MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

  • Shop over 30 Boston Women’s Market small businesses, makers and artists in Garage B (lower courtyard.)

  • Always free entry! Pup of the dog and kid variety are always welcome.

  • RSVP for the Gemstone Charm Making Workshop, Two Session Available at 12 PM and 2:30 PM! Learn the craft of hand-wrapped gemstone charm-making with Sydnee Nelson, the creative force behind Little Stone Jewelry Co. (Tickets required)

  • There will be additional activities and activations happening throughout the Speedway for you to enjoy!

  • Start your day with a delightful twist with Breakfast Empanadas and Bubbles by Super Bien

  • Indulge in the vibrant flavors of our Koji Club Spritz Bar, offering a tantalizing array of yuzu, orange, plum, and lychee spritz options, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, for a refreshing taste of paradise

  • Groove to the soulful tunes of Jill Mcracken, rocking the stage from 2 PM - 4 PM

  • Unleash your inner florist and craft your own stunning bouquet at the Flower Bar/BYO Bouquet Station by Butterbean Florals

  • Discover a desert oasis at the succulent pop-up, where you can find the perfect low-maintenance green companion to brighten any space

  • Get creative at our card making station, conveniently located in the upper courtyard Annex

HOW TO GET THERE

  • The Speedway is easily accessible from downtown Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Newton, and beyond.

  • The site is serviced by multiple bus lines, including the 70 and 86 lines, and a short walk (0.7mi) to the Boston Landing Commuter Rail station.

  • The Speedway has a 26 space first-come, first-serve parking lot, as well as over-flow parking located at The Charles River Community Health next door. Look for the “Speedway Additional Parking” signs.

  • Bike parking is located in The Speedway parking lot.

We are so excited to partner with Girlfriends Boston to bring you a jewelry-making workshop, a fun day for new girlfriends, and shopping at their Speedway Market. Learn the craft of hand-wrapped gemstone charm-making with Sydnee Nelson, the creative force behind Little Stone Jewelry Co

In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll use luxurious 18k gold-filled materials and choose from over 20 types of genuine gemstones. Sydnee will guide you through the techniques needed to create your own elegant charms for necklaces OR earrings. 

No previous experience is required. Join us to create unique, personalized jewelry that showcases your individual style!
